We recommend you to fly to Luxembourg Airport (LUX), which is located approximately 8 km from the city center. Upon arrival, you have several transportation options to reach Luxembourg City and surrounding areas.
🚌 Bus
The bus service in Luxembourg is free of charge for all passengers. From the airport, you can take:
- Bus 6 & 16: This line connects Luxembourg Airport with the meeting venue & city center as well Luxembourg's main train station (Gare Centrale). The journey takes around 30 minutes.

Taxis are available outside the terminal building, offering direct service to Luxembourg City and other locations. Average fares to the city center range between €25 and €40, depending on traffic and time of day.
Ride-sharing options like Uber and LetzRide are also available in Luxembourg. You can book a ride via their respective apps.

You can reach Luxembourg by train (Gare Centrale). And from there you can reach the meeting venue by tramway (T1 direction LUXEXPO) in about 30 minutes.
From Gare Centrale, you can access Luxembourg’s national rail network to explore other parts of the country or neighboring regions such as France, Belgium, or Germany.
